SCHENLEY
SQUARE

About the Project

Shenley Square, purchased in 2001, was Wish Development’s first substantial project.  Purchased in 2001, entirely vacant with a bad roof and weeds growing up through the parking lot, we fully renovated and tenant this 55,000 SF plaza in about 24 months.  Initially constructed as a Kroger and CVS anchored site, redevelopment required a reimagining of the property’s potential with a view to neighborhood services rather than primary retail.
