NESBITT
PLACE
About the Project
When Wish Development purchased this 65,000 SF former Fisher’s Big Wheel corporate headquarters building in early 2012, it was a totally vacant disaster with water pouring through the roof and every mechanical system defunct. We reinvented and revived this once proud building. Along with a new name and aggressive marketing plan, we completed an entire interior redesign, installed two new elevators, created new parking lots, and replaced every major building component. Two years after receiving the deed we arrived tired but excited at 100% occupancy and a beautiful building. UPMC occupies much of Nesbitt’s 1st floor space. Other tenants include financial, accounting, medical, sales, and governmental uses.
