At Wish Development, we have experts in the field who have a combined 50+ years of experience. Our fields of knowledge range from construction management, construction, brick restoration, electric, HVAC, and design. At Wish Development, you can be sure that our team is one of the best.
Mike bought his first building in 1997. Since then, he’s been improving and beautifying the community with his projects. Mike is not only a developer, but an improver; with every project, he seeks to leave the surrounding area a little better than he found it. This means producing a beautiful, high-quality outfit, perfect for the tenant meant to use the space. His community-driven mindset influences company culture; under Mike’s leadership, Wish Development is a tight-knit team, committed to the client’s satisfaction.
Mike’s career as a real estate developer emerged over time. His interest in real estate development came from his career in law. In 1999, he established a legal practice assisting real estate entrepreneurs in maximizing their investments. Ultimately, he decided to devote his full attention to real estate rental and development, retiring from legal practice and starting his real estate development company in 2006.
Mike received an undergraduate BA degree from DePauw University in 1993 and a Law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1997. He is an alumnus of the Katz School’s Institute for Entrepreneurial Excellence. Mike is a former member of the Board of the New Castle YMCA, Lawrence County Economic Development, and the Jameson Hospital Board, where he served on Committees for Strategic Planning and Buildings and Grounds. In 2017, he received the Lawrence County Economic Development Impact Award. Mike lives in New Castle with his wife Michelle and daughters Reagan and Shenley.
Currently the Director of Design and Marketing, Tony oversees all design development, sales, construction documentation, and construction at Wish Development. Alongside Mike, he works with the clients directly, designing and editing the schematic plan until it fully fulfills the client’s needs. Tony’s in-depth knowledge of design and great attention to detail, along with his tireless work ethic, ensure a premier quality finished project. He specializes in design, finish selection and marketing.
Tony has been with Wish Development since 2013. He received his undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree from Kent State University’s architecture program in 2012. He is a proud and active member of the Neshannock community, participating in many local recreational sports leagues. He lives in Neshannock with his college sweetheart turned wife, Maggie and their son, Santino.
Amanda Robison- Office and Account Manager
As the Office and Account Manager of Wish Development, Amanda oversees all accounts receivable, payables, and payroll duties. She keeps the rest of the office on track with her cheerful disposition and temerity. When a client calls the office, it is her friendly voice that answers—having a comprehensive knowledge of the company, she is able to answer any of their questions. As part of her duties, she keeps an eye on the day-to-day financials of Wish Development, which allows us to run smoothly and efficiently.
Amanda has been with Wish Development since 2010. Graduating from Neshannock High School, she has since moved with her husband BJ to Ellwood City. In her down time, Amanda enjoys unwinding with a good book, travel, and enjoying the outdoors.
Collette Jones- Tenant Relations Specialist
Collette is Wish Development’s newest team member, having joined us in 2023 as a Tenant Relations Specialist. With her sunny disposition and a terrific knack of for communication and organization, Collette strives to make all Tenants’ relations as seamless and comfortable as possible. When not out in the field with Tenants, Collette works closely with Amanda to ensure
bookkeeping is on track for select projects and otherwise helps wherever she is needed.
Collette graduated with her Associates of Arts in Accounting from Strayer University in 2014. Collette enjoys the adventures of travel but found her forever home in West Middlesex in 2009. On vacations she can be found relaxing in the Northeastern mountains of Pennsylvania with friends who are like family.
Bob Barkley- Construction Team Lead
Starting with Wish Management in 2001 as a general contractor, Bob has been here since the beginning. An indispensable member of the Wish Development team, he oversees maintenance on all Wish-related properties. A diligent worker with a no-nonsense attitude, it is Bob who keeps us moving and efficient when it comes to construction. In addition to overseeing maintenance, he also manages a maintenance crew, directs much of the material sourcing, and participates in physical assessment of all prospective real estate opportunities.
Bob is a graduate of the New Castle School of Trades and has extensive experience in a variety of positions and construction trades.
