REAGAN'S
RIDGE

About the Project

Located just off Interstate 80 at the intersection of State Routes 18 and 376, Reagan’s Ridge offers not only great highway access, but also immediate highway visibility.  The development is currently improved with one 18,000 Square Foot multi-tenant building, but plans are in the works for an additional 250,000 Square Feet of highway commercial construction spread across four new building pads.  Reagan’s Ridge is aided by the considerable economic advantage of a LERTA designation allowing for a 100% – 10 Year abatement of all Shenango Township and West Middlesex School District property taxes on improvement.
