About the Project

Shenley Square, purchased in 2001, was Wish Development’s first substantial project.  Purchased in 2001, entirely vacant with a bad roof and weeds growing up through the parking lot, we fully renovated and tenant this 55,000 SF plaza in about 24 months.  Initially constructed as a Kroger and CVS anchored site, redevelopment required a reimagining of the property’s potential with a view to neighborhood services rather than primary retail.

Client Testimonial

We have been with Wish Development since 2012, located in Nesbitt Place.  We appreciate the work they have done on this building to make it inviting and professional at the same time.  The management team at Wish Development are very quick to respond and easy to deal with.  Our clients as well as our staff enjoy coming to the building and our office.”
